Booking and Payment
To secure the Studio’s services, a non-refundable booking fee of 40% of the total package cost is required upon booking.
30% must be paid on the day of scheduled event.
The remaining 30% is to be paid on the delivery of the data.
Cancellation and Refunds
The booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will incur 50% of the total package cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the full payment of the agreed-upon package.
Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and the Client may need to reschedule the event.
The Client must notify the Studio of any rescheduling at least 7 days prior to the original event date.
Photographic Materials
The Studio retains the copyright to all images taken during the event.
The Client will receive as agreed upon high-resolution images for personal use.
The Studio reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Client.
Delivery of Data
The artwork will be delivered to the Client within 2 weeks of the event. The delivery method will be through online website gallery, USB drive or an online Link.
Client Cooperation
The Client agrees to cooperate and assist the Photographer in capturing the best possible images.
The Studio is not responsible for missed shots due to the lack of cooperation or unforeseen circumstances.
Travel and Accommodation
Travel expenses are included within Karachi.
Any additional travel or accommodation expenses incurred for events outside Karachi will be covered by the Client.
Female Photographer Policy
If a female photographer is requested, please note that her schedule is finalized in advance and must be strictly adhered to. Charges for this service may differ from our standard rates and will be communicated at the time of booking. Any changes in timing or requirements should be shared well ahead of the event to ensure smooth arrangements.
Liability
The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
The Client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the photography sessions.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
Overtime Charges
The standard coverage period is defined as 6 hours. Any additional hours beyond this period will be considered overtime.
Overtime must be agreed upon by both parties in writing before the the event.
Amendments
These Terms may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
